Pricing it too high can lead to it sitting on the market for too long, while pricing it too low can mean leaving money on the table. I will customize a CMA that will take into consideration all of your home's unique features & upgrades.
Step Four:
The photos, videos & marketing of your home directly influence whether or not a potential buyer will schedule a showing of your home or not. It is crucial that we market your home strategically showcasing the best qualities and features to assist potential buyers in envisioning themselves settling in.

Hi, I am Brittney McDonald, a Charlotte, NC residential real estate agent. I relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2007 from Pinehurst, NC. I've been helping people buy & sell & homes in the beautiful city of Charlotte since 2017. When I'm not busy matching folks with their perfect properties, you can usually find me enjoying a nice meal at one of my favorite local restaurants or exploring the city's Home Goods or Marshall's.
Two Fun Facts:
I'm a dog lover through and through. I had the honor of being a dog mom for fourteen wonderful years to my heart, Buster. I'm a total "foodie". My heart's passion is to try new restaurants... and to revisit my faves. I can't resist a flavorful dish. I keep a handful in the rotation regularly but I'm always on the lookout for a new place to try.
